I have a Jewel Black Raspberry that looks identical to yours. Taste reminds me of mulberries

@clarkinks I’m growing black raspberries, red raspberries, and blackberries in Albuquerque with lots of success. In the heat, i think the trick is just give them plenty of water, especially in the spring and when they are fruiting

Sounds like good advice. The black raspberries seem to be doing well this year so i suspect your right because we have had signifigantly above average rainfall.
