Today I went to Cal Pacific Orchid Farms to shop for a Cattleya-type orchid to grow outside on my backdoor patio. While I was there I came across this handy growing guide … checkout the nice chart on page 2:

I found this pretty BLC (Brassavola x Laelia x Cattleya) “Hsinying Willette” to try at my home. Behind it through the window you see a portion of my blueberry planter.

I’ve seen you post about orchids a few times. Do you have any photos of your entire collection?
My mother had about 30-ish orchids at one time. My personal favorites were the Madesvallias, although they seemed to be a bit of a pain to grow. I always like seeing others’ orchids.

I usually start a thread for each one when they’re in bloom. I have six indoors and now two outdoors. My big white phalaenopsis is loaded with buds right now and so expect photos in the coming days.
