Birds stole all my Sunshine this year. But, I still have a few Tifblue. (Nice but ‘bland’).
No crop on Aurora this year.

8/16. Some of you might have read that last weekend was the final Spring skiing days at Mammoth Mtn. CA. Well, it also marked the last days of an incredibly long Blueberry harvest period at our home. Wow!

Today I finished topping them all to 24". Hopefully there will be enough of a growing season left for new shoots to carry next year’s harvest. Our cold weather usually doesn’t arrive until December, but sometimes we have cloud cover that arrives for a long visit in October. I gave them all a supplemental dose of no-nitrate water-soluble 20-10-20 for encouragement.
