Leaf ID

A few years back I bought two dwarf pear trees. One was a Kieffer and the other was Orient. They both were purchased from the same local nursery. The Orient had a sprout attached and I ended up using it to become an interstem between Callery roots and desired pear top. This combination worked creating well anchored trees with some obvious dwarfing. All this time I was assuming that my Kieffer and Orient had the same type root. This year to my surprise the Kieffer pops up a sprout and the leaf is very different and I’m assuming that I have two types of dwarfing rootstock. My first thought was that the Kieffer root leaf is a quince but the ones online look like a pear leaf to me.
