In the middle of winter when spring seems far away nothing like a video of eating apples in our Hocking Hills Orchard. Here is a video by Liv Local on YouTube, Olivia does a great job coming out to our orchard and describing the apples I give her to sample.
The one she did on Honey Sweet is one of my favorites but the one she did on Bloody Ploughman had me cracking up with how she described the flavor! I sent her a message and said taste is so subjective because there are people who come to our place to U-Pic who love the odd taste of that one.
