No warmth, and no rain in the Mid Atlantic

The Shenandoah Valley is more drought prone due to being between mountain ranges. Plus it’s drier to start with. Rain shadow effect, albeit not as pronounced as the ones out West.

Around 4 inches in customers gauge over the Sat/Sunday time frame (in Berea, Kentucky).
Then a wee bit in form of snow flurries all day yesterday.

Well, the rain finally came, and now it refuses to leave.
