I started growing fruit on a small urban/suburban lot in Rockville, MD in 2009 and then in Spring, 2016 moved out to Dickerson, MD where I have more space. I grow many different fig varieties and will soon reconstitute the other fruits I had growing in Rockville (blueberries, raspberries, asian persimmons, asian pears, table grapes, strawberries, currants, gooseberries, sour cherries). However, now that I have more space I also want to grow the more traditional fruits: apples, european pears, peaches, apricots, plums, etc.
