:joy::joy:How did you do that?

Lol my phone doesn’t like that I’m left handed so it makes most of my pictures upside down. I have to export them to my computer, flip them and then re-save them. I thought I did for those… apparently not. I’ll have to fix it and reupload.

Wow… @thepodpiper very nice. Looks like you are serious about growing stuff and doing a good job of it.

I ate some of my last blueberries today… might have a dozen left now. Sure going to miss them… but I will have some raspberries getting ripe soon. I did find several nice strawberries this evening on a stroll thru my food forest.

A double row of Bush Green beans (Roma II) I started this past monday… I had sweet corn there Monday morning.

Some fall greens off to a good start. Over in that compost heavy area I have a double row of carrots planted… few more days and they should be up.

Picked only 10 of my first Grosse Mignonne last evening. Tonight a tart or pie, can’t decide. They do not keep long as they are very juicy and bruise easily. But they are so sweet and just a bit acidic for being a white peach. Very velvety. Delish!

FLAMIN’ FURY PF-11

Not pictured are the 2 squirrel nibbles on the back side.

Given it is my first tree fruit ever (and the above mentioned squirrel attack) I opted to pick it a bit firm. Still was very sweet!

Thanks! I can smell them when I get close, so I know they are close!

Harken peaches picked little hard to dehydrate and these turned out very good. Intense flavor and good kick of peachy flavor and sweetness :sunglasses: .

How is the skin after it’s been dehydrated? I’ve eaten a lot of dehydrated fruit but don’t remember ever having a dehydrated peach

I love dehydrated peaches, although it is a little deflating how small a bag of dried peaches one gets from a bucket of peaches.

It makes me appreciate commercial dried fruit more, and more willing to pay for it.

Putting up some big beef this evening…

Still have many more.

Edit-added later… 8 more pints put up this eve.
