Does anyone have any experience with these varieties and can tell me about them? Are they really dense or have a nice breaking texture? I’ve only seen one member post on Simirenko, and they may have been biased due to their nostalgia with the apple. Got me very curious though because Granny Smith is my favorite apple, and I love citrus flavored apples like Tydeman’s Late Orange.
