What do you usually use as rootstock for finger lime?

I think most people use trifoliata for all citrus rootstock for dwarfing unless grown outside.

Thank you very much. I can get trifoliata here. However, my objective is to grow outside (I am in Portugal). So, if you have any suggestion to a more vigorous tree, let me know please.

A US-942 citrus roostock will get you a semi dwarf is that more what you have in mind? Given a choice i saw a highly favorable study using X639 Citrus Rootstock.

Rangpur Lime and Volkamer lemon have made good, vigorous rootstocks for Finger Limes in my experience. If they are hardy in your climate these might give you the vigor you are looking for!
