Any use for unripe apricots?

I won’t get any ripe apricots. The critters will make sure of it. But i just collected a couple quarts of unripe apricots from under the tree. Some are damaged, but a lot are just windfalls. I jostled the tree and the little fruits fell down.

Anything useful u can do with these?

compost? if you had chickens they would be happy to eat them. :wink:

You could try to pickle them or ferment them into wine, hooch, etc.
