I know there is a bunch of guys here who frequent Andy’s Orchard, I thought this would be of interest to them, as well as others…
It’s a shame that prime fruit growing land is being taken over by technology companies that have no necessity of being there…
Towns take up the ag land, it’s always been that way. Originally the downtown was a little area in the middle of the farms, made sense for it to be a central location. Nucleus of the town grows until it’s pushed out across all the ag land.
I’ve never been to Andy’s Orchard, but I was a teacher at Live Oak High School so I could see it from campus and I drove by twice daily. Very pretty, I was always jealous.
