I started some from seed last year, I know they say to wait to year three before harvesting but I had to try some.

Ours isn’t up yet but I can’t wait!
We love the super sweetness that has such a short keeping time, so it gets cut, washed and cooked right away.
I’m hoping there well be enough this year for some to go in the freezer.
