Beautiful grafting weather

This is the perfect grafting weather for me to begin August Chip budding. Maybe it’s your August time to begin as well. This is signafecent a cool down. Dax

Bring it on…90 and 75% humidity is getting old.

As you would expect I watch the weather. I think it’s going to be a very early freeze this year. I guess we’ll see.

If the National weather Service tables are right, first frost averages Oct. 9th here.
I’d be extremely surprised if we would have a September frost here this year. But such might not be the case farther north.

I’m burned out grafting anyways. I just thought (yesterday) the weather looked very good for grafting.

I wouldn’t care if I didn’t graft another tree for a long time but I’ll have to do a couple next year.

I’m growing seeds from now on.

only 63 right now. 2 days ago 85. feels good to have the windows open. only low 70’s rest of the week. not complaining at all.
