My hubby and his brother planted a few apricot pits years ago, and this is fruit off the tree that remains.
It blooms later then the parent tree, (unknown variety parent) and they are pretty dang good.
I’m going to bud another few of this variety on Myro 29c and grow one in our orchard…in case anything happens to the original tree.
Poor neglected tree gets no surface water or care and makes fruit. It must have a tap root in the water table.
