Can anybody tell me how long Granny Smith and Gala apples are on the tree in sub tropical climates before they are ripe??

For a general reference to know the ripening sequence of apples look here:
Depending on the climate where you’re located the entire series may be shifted forward or backwards in time. Gala is a mid-season apple. Granny is very late.
