Can't identify seedling

I had put several different types of fruit pits in the refrigerator for 6 weeks, then planted them. I remember there were apricot and peach seeds, but a couple others I can’t remember.
And unfortunately, I lost the tags, so when three sprouted, I have no idea what they are. (They are three of the same thing.)
So I’ve attached some photos…don’t know if they are enough for anyone to help me identify, but I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I just dug one up for transplanting to a bigger pot, and you can see how large the seed is here in relation to the plant and the roots:

You can also better see the way it is growing upwards, and the type of root system. I will add it as an addenda

Well, they don’t look like any apricot seedlings I’m familiar with.

Very wild guess - gooseberry?

That would be great, I like gooseberries, but it’s not one I planted. All of the seeds were a bit bigger, similar in size to the apricot seeds.

Reminds me a little of a ginko! I will follow this thread Is Ginkgo Fruit Edible – Should You Be Eating Ginkgo Biloba Nuts | Gardening Know How

Rubus of some description is my guess. Raspberry?

The seeds are too large. I can see part of one at the base of one of them, it is about the size of a ten cent piece (was probably a little smaller before it expanded with water.)

It is possible, now that you mention it. I did have some Gingko seeds at one time but I thought I had put them in another pot and they had just never sprouted. I’ll keep an eye on them as they grow and see if they look more like Gingko leaves when they are a bit bigger.

Thank you for the suggestion.

I can see Clark’s point that the leaves look enough similar to ginkgo.
But the hairs/thorns on the stalk and the leaf stems…seems like something in the raspberry family, especially from cold or damp climates.

My plant identifier app says cicer arietum. Could there have been a mix up with your seeds?

Compare your seedling to this cicer arietum I took a photo of yesterday. I think they look somewhat similar and a big seed would fit, too.

Yes except for the edges. My gingko are smooth.

My scan says maiden clover, but your center leaf has a heart shape

Here is a view of the whole plant, you can see the size of the seed in relation to the plant, and the type of root system.

Any chance it could be a fava bean? Or perhaps a scarlet runner bean? I’d put my chips on a broad bean of some kind.

No, I did not plant any beans.
