I will be moving to Texas next year, and I’ll need to start over with new fruit trees and bushes. I can find the amount of local chilling hours, but it’s harder to find decent estimates of chilling hour requirements for specific types of plants and especially for specific varieties.
Does anyone know a good place to look these up? Or are there any convenient charts with estimates of chilling hours for, say, Apple varieties?
