So after a long cold wet winter my Dwarf Orinico has started to put out strange new leaves. The plant is now 2 years old, never fruited. Up until last winter it looked very healthy. Standing about 5 ft with full wide long paddle like leaves. Now the last 3 leaves have been only about 3.5ft long and very narrow 6" Vs. the healthier ones of earlier that were 5-6’ and about 2’ wide. I’m trying to decide if I should pull it up, or ride it out?
Sounds like flag leaves to me … They appear prior to the flower bud
