How do I change my e mail address? My old one is too messed up to use.

I think I already got it

Click on your avatar
Your page will show up
On the top line, choose Preference, the one on the far right
Your Account will show up including your email
Click on the pen symbol next to your email
Change your email address and click save.

Glad it did.
For others esp. new members who read this.
After you click on Preference, there will be a list of commands on the right.
Click on Profile.
You can add or change info about you, your orchard, etc.
Also, please put in your zone and location. The info is helpful for us to know what climate and condition you are in.
