Fig disease? Please help id

Hi All,

I am really not sure what this is. Please see attached photo. Chicago Hardy and one other variety both have this problem. Holes on the leave and only leaf vein left. Is this insect damage? or fungus disease? What should I do?

That’s insect damage of some kind. This time of yr it won’t hurt a thing.

That looks like my cherry leaves after the jap beetles got ahold of them back in summer. lol
