Just received a small Hardy Chicago from Edible Landscapes. Weird leaves. Is it FMV? Thanks,

Looks more like sunburned leaves to me.

I agree sun burn, probably grown in a green house so you have to expose slowly over 3 weeks or more. That will hurt the plant a little, set it back.
