I am a fruits nut too. I ate more fruits on certain days than my main meals. They are so healthy and my body appreciated that. I am a few years passed 50 and at 14 % body fat with a underwater test and just barely have a few grey hair.

i guess am a fruit hog, as can easily eat all of that for breakfast! Won’t be eating anything else though
Healthy ya but what about protein and vegetables? I eat more veggies than fruit certainly by volume but probably not calories. And I’m trying to keep what muscle I have left. Need protein for that.
Fish, nuts, tofu, and some good Omaha steaks to fill in the gap.
That sounds good. I’m big on nuts and seafood. Not the red meat. My breakfast is often oatmeal with ground flax seed and fruit to sweeten the mix. Also wheat products like spaghetti.
