What’s everyone think of this? Seems pretty inefficent to me…
I wonder if it could zap some of the nutrients. Seems like a much faster way to do it. I know many people are using solar dehydrators which don’t use electricity which might also be a factor.
I like my dehydrator. When drying fruit I can control the texture, in a micro-wave, its seems like the texture is crisp, gummy and dry all in one. Not for me.
I have never dry fruits in microwave oven,but,I sometime dry fresh tea leaf in microwave oven,leaf stays green and crispy
