Goumi Infusion

I broke my Motion activated sprinklers sprinkler so I doubt I will be able to keep the birds off the goumi any longer. I harvest what I could and what my daughter didn’t eat I am making a Vodka infusion. I am using the recipe for Plum wine.
50% fruit 50% Rock candy + vodka

50% more goumi and sugar where added as the harvest ended.
