My pears all seem to be infested with apple maggots
I am impressed that yours size up well with clusters like that. I thinned my Korean Giant again yesterday. If not, mime will be small pears by the end of the season. That goes with all pears I grow.

Great here too. While a surprise late snow wiped out most of all other fruits, pears did excellent.

And then there were none!
I pulled it, this past weekend . . . because it was going mushy on the bottom. Most of it was OK - and had pretty good flavor. Just a little bruised up. We had a lot of rain - a storm. And I think it pushed it ‘over the edge’.
