Growing Obsidian or Loch Ness on Low Chill hours?

Hello,

Does any one has experience on growing trailing berries on less than 500 chill hours?

I guess that with giberellic acid or dormex you may force the plant to flower. But I do not know if canes will grow properly under this conditions.

Please, can someone enlighten me?

Loch ness is an erect type of growing blackberry. But will requiere at least more than 600 chill hours for what I have been reading.
