Does anyone have experience growing sherbert berry (grewia asiatica)? I’m no expert gardener by any means but I’ve been pretty successful at keeping plants alive over the years. Any seasoned gardener knows there will be plant failures and losses but I swear out of all the fruiting plants I’ve grown/bought only one has died on me not 1, not 2 but 3 times and it has been sherbet berry. What’s funny about it is that it’s made to sound like it’s a very good grower. Any one else have success or is it just me? 
Are you growing it indoors or outdoors? It is rated for USDA zones 9b-11. It would probably not last too long outdoors in KY.
No, it would have be a container culture indoor plant for winter if they had lasted that long.
