nice!
someday ill have red , yellow and black to pick at the same time!
Great job!
Sooner than later I hope, what is strange is this is the summer crop which is ususlly not big enough to bag. I think our drought has produced mega berries this year. The fall raspberry crop is just starting to set buds and there are three times as many! What I lost in plums and peaches this year I have made up in raspberries! Who doesn’t like raspberries?
You have beautiful raspberries. Are your reds Caroline?
Dax
Mouthwatering!!!
I eventually pulled my Caroline & Heritage, being unable to stop the SWD. We’ve got a huge patch of blacks that had never been hit by SWD…, until this year. Lotta berries went un-ate!!
Thanks Dax. Yes the deep red berry is Caroline, the lighter pink raspberry is Yuki’ a trial berry given to me by Raintree years ago. It holds its shape, but it is very tart. I leave them for the birds but they are rarely touched!
have you ever seen SWD in R.I? I’ve never heard of it till’ i came on here.
Not yet. Thank goodness.
