Yes Hawaii has a long ripening period. None of mine are ripe yet but they are getting close. It’s right by my property edge where squirrels are most active so I have not gotten all that many over the years. But this year the netting I put on the trunks have kept them at bay so far.. maybe I’ll get a pile of them.

Banana is what I get from it. I love Hawaii and it doesn’t have a lot of issues growing it.
