Heel in or plant?

I just received this Eversweet Pomegranate potted that is now dormant from Grow Organic. We still have some days with temps between 50 to 75 degrees coming and I don’t know what I should do with it? I would guess it will bud outdoors and then died when colder temps come in but I not sure, if this does happen will it kill the tree or just the leave and possible fruiting next year?

Should I try heeling it in?
Should I just plant it in it’s permanent spot?
Should I put it in the fridge till March?
Should I re-pot it and keep it in my house till March, then plant it?

I would plant it in its permanent spot and give it the opportunity for winter root growth. We are having temperatures similar to yours here, and my two pomegranates started going dormant a couple of weeks ago.
