Help identifying these issues and fruiting plants?

My friend in Rochester, WA has fruit growing that is very old and not cared for in any way. Some seem to have disease, bugs, and some we don’t even know what is or if edible.

Can anybody help?

Photos 1,2 and 3 are some kind of Apple with the remains of tent caterpillar nests.
4,I’ve seen planted along a sidewalk,maybe Cherry.
Number 5 is a Thimbleberry.
Picture 6,another Apple.
7 is Salal.
All,(possibly including #4) are edible.bb

4 is blackish purple and more blueberry size not chewy size. But never know!

4 looks like Cascara, Frangula purshiana. It’s edible (but you might regret it).
