Help me solve issues with my new apple trees

I planted six trees this past fall. One is dying, and two others are having some leaf issues. Can y’all help me identify the problem?

First up–a Goldrush on M111 that set good growth this year. It is planted near the other five. All were planted the same way, watered the same amount, and fertilized the same.amount. Is this fireblight? Notice the brown leaves but the green stems. Can I cut off the top half and cleft graft something to the trunk?

Next up–Mammoth Blacktwig on M111. Tree looks healthy, but some of these leaves look awful. I don’t want this one to go the way of the Goldrush above.

Finally, a William’s Favorite on Bud-9. Same issue as the one above.

Any ideas?

The bottom two pictures - similar to damage on my new trees. I believe it is from leaf hopper. All the apple trees in my area have such damage. Not sure about top picture.

The first looks like Fireblight the second looks like Scab and or leafhoppers. The third looks more like leafhoppers. There is not much you can do at this point in the year for any of the above.

Numerous pesticides control leafhoppers and there is still time for another surge of growth, but you may be right. As I recall, by mid to late Aug, leafhoppers finish their cycle and there is often a resurge of growth anyway. Without spray, they always stop or greatly slow growth of apple and E. plum trees here and I’m still spraying them, especially on grafts, to keep things growing vigorously through summer.

For me the first is fireblight. Very easy one.

The last two are dehydration/sun scorch which weakens the immune system and will attract insects and disease. I don’t see any bugs of any kind though within the photos. They could be there… I’m just saying I don’t see them.

Thanks, all! I knew that your collective experience would provide me.some insight. I’ll have to be more diligent about the insecticide and about the watering when the temps hit the 90s for several days straight. I’ve been lazy this year–spinosad every few weeks won’t do the trick here.
