I just hand pollinated my indoor Hesse cot with the Chinese sweet pit flowers in a cup of water. These hesse flowers are very fragrant. Hopefully, I will get lots of purpleish fruits in a few months. You can see in the background snow We had yesterday.

Very pretty flowers, Tony. It is another plumcot that I did not know about. I’ll wait for your report about its taste.

And you will get aprium seedlings, apricot x ( plum x apricot), if you plant the seeds

Hi guys
I have harvested only a few Hesse plumcots, as they are still excessively firm, and are about a week away from their optimum point of ripeness.
It is a very interesting variety from all aspects.
-
Has an adequate fruiting load
-
Pieces of fruit with very good caliber .
-
It is sweet and tasty, but its texture is firm unlike Bella Gold Peacotum, which has an apricot texture, and I considers that Hesse is closer to a peach texture.
Another variety that I quite like and behaves very well in my orchard.

Jose
