I’m not computer sophisticated, so this is probably too simple to work all the time, but I have a picture on my desktop of my apple tree, and to get it to this post I am just going to click-and-drag it over:
It takes a few seconds to upload, but even before I finish this post I can see it over to my right on this page as I type.

When you make a reply or start a topic there is an upload button in the lower right corner. If you click on that you can attach a picture. Welcome!
