How do I PM?

I’m sure this has been covered, and I’m sure I’ve read it, but my half-heimers has kicked in and I’m derned if I can find out how to send a private message. For example, if I want to PM Scott how do I go about it?

I just sent you a PM, I hope.

Click Scott’s name and click message. Personal Messages will come back as a green circle up in the top right instead of blue when he messages you back. Maybe the first one just say hello testing pm and then send the real message.
