How to use nectarines

Unexpected, I’ve got all my Nectarines ripening at the same time now. Unbelievably sweet, too sweet to eat many Fresh…
quite a few of them are damaged or bruised, so I’m having to cut them up immediately.
So far I’m just peeling , cutting, and freezing. Time-consuming, messy. A shame to freeze them since you can just buy frozen peaches at the store.
How can I use these up?

They are delicious dried. Our white nectarines tasted like papya and bannana when dried.

No need to peel, can halves and pieces, make chunky jams:)
