I got a 5 in 1 apple tree from Fat Growing Trees a week and something ago. Since I got it the tree has gotten more and more witty but has gotten very little leaf drop. Here are some pictures.

I am not sure, there could be many possibilities is watering good?

Is there a reason why you are using grow bags?
I stopped using them because they were very difficult to keep adequately watered.

If you received the tree already leafed out then that is most likely transplant shock. I have had many trees defoliate completely from that, but they usually live.

If you got it a week ago, it probably was already leafed out when you planted. Did you mess with the roots?
Messing with the roots could make it unhappy (assuming the tree had enough water).

It was leafed out in a rootball when it got it. I watered it a few times since I got it. I noticed there has been new buds showing up on the tree.
