Hello these pictures are of a tree that flowed on May 6th… on my farm in zone 5B New York State.
Last year it was the first tree to flower as well and was covered in snow… unfortunately I didn’t take pictures during leaf phase but there was not any fruit. we have black cherry and choke cherry on the farm plenty of apples and pears so this must of come in from bird droppings. It is a fast grower probably near 20 ft very narrow hopefully someone could help I did I would like to graft the lower limbs over to what would be recommended so it would be fruitful. otherwise, plant recommended pollinators !
