Inducing Earlier Bearing of Jubileum Cherry on Mazzard

I am trying some Jubileum cherry trees here in zone 7a on clay/loam soil. Mazzard was the only rootstock available, besides Mahaleb which would not do well in wet clay soil.
Mazzard can be slow to begin bearing. How effective is tying down branches horizontally to induce earlier bearing?
Are there cultural practices (like biostimulant enzymes, etc.) that can induce Mazzard to bear fruit a year or two earlier?
Thanks for constuctive feedback on growing tart cherries (Jubileum, Danube, Evans Bali, as well as Juliet, Romeo, Crimson Passion).

You might also consider using plum rootstock with an Adara aka Puente interstem.
