Ive been eyeing their Franklin for its disease resistance but the eating quality doesn’t seem like its there. Good base for breeding disease resistance though.
I found it interesting too, ordered scion from them for this spring.

I had a single varietal cider made from Franklin. Very acidic, very tannic, very good in my opinion.
