Looks delicious and quit productive. Do you have to freeze those to protect from spoilage or are the pressure canned. How much sugar do you add if you add any. Our straw berry jam has to be frozen or used in 4 days. Fresh Mashed strawberries rot fast.
I never freeze any jam I make… Water bathing is the only way I go…
I will post in a few weeks (probably 4 or 5 because we are so busy here in the summer) an article that will summarize my 52 years experience in making jam.
