Is this bird damage on my oranges?

From what I can find, this seems like bird damage, but I’d appreciate any more knowledgeable folks confirming or disputing that.

Looks like wind damage to me, I think that the fruit was being rubbed against that branch next to it causing abrasions on the skin of the fruit.
