I run an exhaust fan all night at this time of yr. So at night about the same as outside. Which this time of yr upper 50s. For at least a month the highs have been 88-91F inside. In summer with higher dew points the high will be slightly higher. But there is a warm and cool end. By the exhaust fans 95-100F by the wet pad 10-15 cooler.
