I forgot to harvest these sweet seedling jujube last fall. I just harvested some and rehydrate them in water now and see how good they will taste.

Have you tried them dry? Most of them at the store are this way and are delicious!
Tasted like dried date but not as sweet. The water gave them some more moisture. Overall they were not too bad but I preferred eating them ripen off the tree in the Falls.
I tried some HoneyJar dried on the tree. Tasted like peanut butter to me.
