Both might have some fruit next year, but they won’t have a lot of fruit for a few more years.
It’s hard to know what Winter Delight really is because some nurseries are selling different trees under that name. Some Winter Delight trees have large fruit that ripens very late and others have large fruit that ripens very early. The early ripenng fruit tastes bettter.
I have So and in the years it fruits for me, which has been biannually, it is my heaviest fruiting tree (I also have R4T3, Honey Jar, Sugar Cane). The fruit are a little smaller (barely) than Honey Jar. It is also my tallest and best developed juju.
