Recipe please! Looks delish!
Recipe is on the back of Quaker Oats box. Filling is Joy of Cooking lemon pie filling w/ half the sugar. Lemon is Eureka, a seedless Lisbon. Meyer lemon won’t hold a candle to it for this dessert.

When I cook with Meyer Lemon I have to add acidity for it to be good, if I did not already have the Meyer Lemon I would have not bothered cooking with the lemons from that cultivar.
