Lime sulfur dilution?

I’m using Brandt Lime Sulfur, and I was struggling to understand the dilution as everything is listed in gallons per acre. One page in the manual says the amounts listed are per 100 gallons. So for peaches, it says 10-12 gallons per acre meaning say 10 gallons per 100 gallon tank? For a 10% dilution that looks like 12.8 oz per 128 oz (1 gallon) sprayer. Right? Since they list different amounts per plant type and per disease/pest, I’m curious if anyone has a recommendation for a general application rate. I am using on apples, peaches, blueberries. I’ve had issues with shothole, apple scab, and a variety of insects. Thanks!
