Yes, green males pollinate yellow females.

My experience with a yellow kiwi pollinated by a green male, is that it works; but the green male starts blooming about a week or two after the yellow female. This results in a fairly large percentage of the yellow blossoms not getting pollinated and not forming fruit. However, the yellow kiwi had so many blossoms that I still had to thin the fruits.
