I had this grand idea to make an espalier from loquats on a garage wall. I have put up the forms and the loquats are growing.
However, now that I’ve read about espalier, I’m not sure how the loquat will thrive with espalier.
I understand that Apples are uniquely suited to espalier based on how they fruit.
I don’t have enough experience with loquat to understand how it will do. The internet is kinda spotty on the info too.
Can anyone give some guidance on how loquats fruit? Will it do well on an espalier?
